Attorney Robert Gibson, a graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, obtained his law degree in 1992 with honors from the McGeorge School of Law. After passing the bar, he joined a highly respected law firm in Century City, where he practiced insurance defense. In 1996, he left that position to become an advocate for individuals and families who have lost a loved one because of an accidental or wrongful death. He has handled wrongful death claims resulting from car, truck and motorcycle accidents, construction and swimming pool accidents, falls, medical negligence or malpractice, and dangerous or defective products (product liability).
A member of the California and Nevada bar associations, Mr. Gibson also belongs to the American Board of Trial Advocates, an organization that invites only the top trial lawyers in the country into its membership. The American Board of Trial Advocates has as its mission the protection of all Americans’ right to a trial by jury.
Mr. Gibson has personally handled more than 25 jury trials and is always willing and able to take a case to trial, if necessary, earning the respect of insurance company officials as well as defense attorneys.
