We act as a master commissioned sales representative for the whole country.

The biggest MSH specialty is building a sales structure for the foreign manufacturer, using the best strategy of the knowledge base and relationship with market of our Sales Representatives. This means choosing the best Representative in each region, as each product and solution developed. Our strategy also seeks to eliminate conflicts of interest by product line, since in Brazil Sales Representatives may have more than 10 brands in their portfolio for each region. We have a database with more than 500 sales representatives mapped out in the different areas of health.

Service Management

The MSH can operate throughout the Customer Service cycle, from installation to repair during the warranty or after. We are able to build and manage your Customer Service Channel using our knowledge of service channels in the country. In the same way, we work focused on customer satisfaction, ensuring that the sales team will have a favorable environment for the next negotiation. For this we use a service escalation tool.
